Abstract

This Research aimed to identifying The effect of a Suggested Program for Employment Scenario-Based learning Model (SBL) in Teaching on Developing systemic thinking skills, Academic self-efficacy and this Research applied on A sample consisted of (60) student of third year, Psy Dep faculty of Education- Minia university, their average age (20.425) year (SD=0.478 )  Experimental Group consisted of (30) student and Control Group consisted of (30) student, The Two Researchers used systems Thinking skills test, Academic self-efficacy Questionnaire, And a suggested Program for Employment scenario Based learning Model (SBL) in teaching all of them Prepared by Tow researchers, the Results of the research indicate That There are significant for a Suggested Program for (SBL) in Teaching on Developing systemic thinking Skills, Raising Academic self-efficacy for student, In light of the results the research recommended introducing a training Course and workshops for teacher to Train them on How to Employment (SBL) in teaching on Developing Systemic think skills, Academic self-efficacy.
