Developing the professional development of Holy Quran teachers in the State of Kuwait in the light of Total Quality Management

Abstract

 The research aims at identifying the development of the professional development of Holy Quran teachers in the State of Kuwait in the light of TQM. The researcher used the descriptive method using the survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research sample was chosen deliberately by the directors of schools, In the State of Kuwait. The sample of the survey reached (30) individuals, with a percentage of 13.55%. The basic sample was (236) and a percentage of 88.72%. The researcher built a questionnaire for developing the professional development of the teachers of the Holy Quran Kuwait University in the light of TQM, and through a sample survey it was found that TQM provides elements for the development of the professional development of the teachers of the Holy Quran through the application of TQM standards from the planning, implementation and provision of evaluation policies for the implementation of professional development programs for teachers of the Holy Quran .
