Abstract

The importance of this research comes as it provides indicators and proposed standards to control the quality of programs and supportive quality services for children with speech and language disorders and the extent of matching their outputs to institutions and centers with special needs in the light of the vision of sustainable development 2030 in the Arab Republic of Egypt. This research aims to raise the issue of quality control in supportive special education programs and services by building, discussing and evaluating quality control standards indicators for people with speech, speech and speech disorders and the extent to which their outputs are matched to special education institutions and centers. This research is based on the descriptive analytical and semi-experimental approach, so that they can obtain an estimate of the specialized support programs and services from people with speech and speech disorders in the institutions and centers of special education in the New Valley community and develop indicators and standards for quality control. The research population and its sample include all institutions "schools" and special education centers in the New Valley community (government), which is represented in the institutions of "schools" special education that provide quality programs and educational services for children with speech and speech disorders and the number of (20) teachers Of the (20) individuals working in institutions and schools of special education of the Department of Special Education in the New Valley region and integrated in public education with their peers and compared with ordinary. One of the primary stages where children with speech and speech disorders are prevalent and five (5) schools or institutions serving programs and services for children with speech and speech disorders in the New Valley. The findings showed the following: There are statistically significant differences between the level of effectiveness of the support services and specific programs offered to children with speech and speech disorders from the viewpoint of those who are based on them in the light of the standards and indicators of quality control, by calculating averages and standard deviation.
