Abstract

The individual passes through the various stages of his life with several obstacles and difficulties that may hinder and impede his harmony between him and the various elements of the surrounding environment, especially in the final university stage, which paves the way for him to another future, so that the importance of his psychological compatibility appears to be a positive indicator of a better level for him, whether in his relations with his colleagues, his teachers and his directions towards academic subjects His personal relationships, the growth of his personality, how he preserves his general health, self-acceptance, self-satisfaction and his relationship with society and those around him and his family, and his role among his family, all of this may be reflected through his psychological compatibility. Therefore, the research will be concerned with the concept of psychological compatibility from the perspective of educational psychology, which by its nature is concerned with all aspects of the individual and because The university stage is one of the thorny important stages that contribute to building and shaping the identity of the university student for the future.The aim of present research is to prepare and build psychological adjustment scale from (50) items distributed in five dimensions: academic adjustment, personal adjustment, health adjustment, family adjustment and social adjustment, and to verify the psychometric scale characteristics, and the sample consisted(154)male and female students in the fourth year of the Faculty of Education - Minya University, and the reliability of scale(881.) It expresses a high stability coefficient.
