Quality of student services in the first cycle of basic education schools

Abstract

The current research aimed to know the quality of student services in the first episode of basic education and to monitor the reality of the quality of those services by knowing the opinions of students in the quality of the student services they receive, and to come up with a set of proposed measures to improve the quality of student services in the first cycle of basic education schools, and the research was based on the descriptive curriculum where a questionnaire was applied to a sample of the first cycle of basic education consisting of (1376) pupils and included five dimensions representing the elements of quality of service, which are the physical aspects of the service. Concrete - reliability - reliability - security - empathy - speed of response), and the research came up with a set of proposed measures that included the five elements of the quality of student services.
