The role of ethical leadership in achieving general job satisfaction in Kuwait schools from the point of view of teachers

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the relationship between ethical leadership as an educational leadership method and the functional satisfaction of educational bodies in schools, by reviewing experiences and studies in the field of study, and the study was tired of the descriptive curriculum in reading reality and measuring it by knowing the extent to which the application of ethical leadership principles affects job satisfaction in Kuwaiti educational institutions from the point of view of teachers, where the sample of the study included 81 teachers in Kuwaiti educational institutions, and the result of the study was a high degree of application of ethical leadership principles in the point of view of the teachers in kuwait, where the sample of the study included 81 teachers in Kuwaiti educational institutions, and the result of the study was a high degree of application of ethical leadership principles in the field of education in Kuwait. The study recommended several recommendations, including encouraging school principals to apply ethical leadership concepts to ensure that the teacher's ethical charter is activated in Kuwaiti educational institutions, measuring the degree of applicability of ethical leadership principles in Kuwaiti educational institutions periodically, and effective, to ensuring that the ethical leadership process is conducted properly, resulting in functional conviction in rights, due diligence and career satisfaction.
