Abstract

The objective of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of a proposed training program based on pioneering learning skills, in improving strategic thinking skills, decision-making skills and the direction towards entrepreneurship among graduate diploma students at the Faculty of Education, and to verify this, the program was designed in the light of leading education skills, strategic thinking scale preparation ( Pisapia, Morris , Cavenaugh& Ellington 2011), and building both the take-and-take skills scale and the entrepreneurial trend scale.
The research was applied to the sample of 50 students of the diploma for graduate studies, and all three criteria (Strategic thinking scale , Decision-making scales and Orientation towards entrepreneurship before and after the teaching of the proposed program) were applied. The results of the research, using the T-test for two dependant samples, resulted in the effectiveness of the proposed program and the existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post applications in both strategic thinking skills, decision-making skills and the orientation towards entrepreneurship, in favor of the post application.
