Abstract

The title of the research: "The effectiveness of using the seven-cycle learning model to teach psychology on developing creative thinking of second year secondary students."
The aim of the current research is to identify:
1) The effectiveness of using seven-cycle learning model to teach psychology on
creative thinking of second year secondary students.
To achieve this, the following has been prepared:
1) A test in creative thinking skills for second year secondary students.
2) A guide for the teacher to teach the unit of cognitive processes in the psychology course for the second semester of the second year secondary students
Using seven-cycle learning model .
3) Student's book in the cognitive processes unit in the psychology course for the second semester of the second year secondary students Using seven-cycle learning model .
The current research used the quasi-experimental approach by applying the research to a sample of second year secondary students, and the research sample consisted of (72) student at Samalout secondary School for Girls affiliated to the Samalout Education Directorate in Minya Governorate, and they were divided into two groups, one of them was a control and it consisted of (35) students who studied Using the usual method and an experimental one, it consisted of (37) students and studied using seven-cycle learning model .
The results showed the effectiveness of using seven-cycle learning model to teach psychology on c the development of creative thinking among second year secondary students.
