Evaluation of the distance education experience in the State of Kuwait in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic from the point of view of teachers

Abstract

The aim of the research is to evaluate the distance education experience in the State of Kuwait in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic from the teachers’ point of view, and the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the research sample consisted of (197) male and female public education teachers in the State of Kuwait, the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information. The results of the study concluded that the difficulties related to the distance education experience in the State of Kuwait in light of COVID-19 Pandemic from the teachers' point of view are high. It also concluded that the positives related to the distance education experience in the State of Kuwait in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic from the teachers' point of view are high, and it also concluded that there are no differences in the difficulties related to the distance education experience in the State of Kuwait in light of the variables of educational qualification and years of experience, while differences were found In the gender variable in favor of males, the results also found that there were no differences in the positives related to the distance education experience in the State of Kuwait in light of the variables of gender, academic qualification and years of experience.
