Abstract

The current searche aimed to determine the relationship between learned helplessness and aspiration level from the students of faculty education in minia universityand to investigate the differences between high and low learned helplessness in aspiration level). The study sample consisted of (571) students from the Faculty of Education Minia University. The descriptive research approach was utilized as it suits the nature of the study. The study tools included the learned helplessness scale (Farahat El Sayed Mahmoud, 2018- adapted by the researcher) and the aspiration level scale (by the researcher). The validity and reliability of the study tools were verified. To analyze the data،t-test،variance analysis،and multiple regression analysis were used. . Results demonstrated that there was negative relationship between learned helplessness and aspiration level and there were statistically significant differences between high and low learned helplessness in aspiration level in favor of low learned helplessness students of faculty of education in minia university.
