The study aimed to identify the relationship between time management and academic procrastination among preparatory year students at King Faisal University, To achieve the aim of the study, a time management scale and a scale of academic procrastination were prepared, After applying the instruments to a sample consisting of (400) participants chosen from among the students of preparatory year students at King Faisal University, and to check the availability of psychometric characteristics they were applied to a basic sample comprising (500) participants chosen from among preparatory year students at King Faisal University.
Results showed that The research sample has a low level of academic procrastination, The research sample has a high level of time management, there is no statistically significant effect of gender on time management and academic procrastination, there is a statistically significant negative correlation between all time management skills and academic procrastination, In light of the research findings, a set of recommendations were drawn.
