The degree of practical education students practicing speaking and writing skills during teaching according to the variable of gender, specialization and academic rate at King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa

Abstract

The study aimed to find out the degree to which practical education students at King Faisal University practice speaking and writing skills during teaching, because of their importance as production skills.it also aimed to find out the impact of gender, rate and specialization variables on the degree to which these teachers practice these skills. the importance of the study comes from the need for the teacher to possess these productive skills necessary to teach effectively, and their role in activating the educational process within the classroom. The study community consists of practical education students at the Faculty of Education who are studying in the second semester of 2019/2020, numbering (146) students, and the researcher has prepared a list of Arabic language skills in the first axis speaking and the second axis writing, and then he converted the list into a questionnaire. the results of the study showed that the general average of practical education students practicing the speaking skill came with a high score of (4.19) and the writing skill with a high score of (3.91), The results also showed that there are significant differences attributed to the GPA variable in favor of the GPA greater than four, while there are no significant differences attributed to the gender or specialization variable in their practice of speaking and writing skills
