Abstract

Most societies of the current era are facing many transformations and changes at all levels, as knowledge and its technologies have become the motto of the current stage of the human march, and the criterion for the success of any institution is what it possesses of the elements of investing that knowledge; These rapid and successive transformations changed the nature of work and production environments and in turn posed a new challenge for productive institutions that in turn called for certain capabilities and skills of members of societies to confront them and deal quickly with them, especially with regard to universities that have become social institutions aiming to provide society with highly qualified human elements, hence the companies sought In providing qualified alternative education for workers, while trying to benefit from academic expertise in the field of specialization by concluding partnerships with universities. Which may be useful in improving the academic human resources training system in universities, and the research relied on
The analytical approach, by analyzing the literature related to the concept of the corporate university and reviewing its characteristics and the most prominent transformations that necessitated its introduction, and its most important initiatives and practices in support of academic human resource training systems as indicated by some of the world's leading models.
