The necessary technical competencies for directors of Al,, , -Azhar institutes in Minya govermorate to activate the use of electronic management

Abstract

The current study aimed to determine the level of technical competencies necessary for directors of Al-Azhar institutes to activate the use of electronic management in the governorate of Minya. And to achieve this target a questionnaire had been made of four domains: The first domain measures the competencies of the director of the institute in the field of professional development for teachers, the second domain measures the competencies of the institute director in the field of school activities, the third domain measures the competencies of the director of the institute in the field of guidance and counseling, and the second domain measures the competencies of the institute director in the field of communication and human relations.
The study population consisted of principals and teachers of Al-Azhar institutes in Minya Governorate, and the study sample consisted of (1127) principals and teachers. The quantitative data of the results of the study were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, and the results of the study showed that the level of availability of technical competencies among managers from the point of view of the study sample in Minya Governorate was medium in relation to the total score for all aspects of the study tool, and it was medium for each domain separately, while, it was high In the domain of communication and human relations.
