Developing methods of training primary school teachers in Minia Governorate in the light of digital transformation applications in the United States of America

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to present some proposals and procedures necessary to develop methods of training primary school teachers in Minya Governorate, by shedding light on the most prominent features of the experience of the United States of America in teacher training in the light of digital transformation applications.

The research used the descriptive approach, and the research reached several results, the most important of which is that the teacher training system in the United States of America has many advantages, as teachers are obligated to attend electronic training programs, whether synchronous or asynchronous, which are mostly done using phone applications and Internet services, and the progress of universities and centers American training uses different types of digital training and programs in different training fields and various training methods in which face-to-face training and distance electronic training are combined. Proposals related to training management, proposals related to teachers, proposals related to equipment and material capabilities required for training.
