The aim of the current research is to shed light on entrepreneurship education by identifying the concept of entrepreneurship education and its historical development, as the field of entrepreneurship education has developed in many countries of the world over time, and continues to develop and grow significantly, as well as identifying some characteristics of entrepreneurship education and its importance Entrepreneurship education in schools and universities and some of the risks of entrepreneurship education, in addition to monitoring some of the challenges facing entrepreneurship education in Egypt, as well as shedding light on the experience of the United States of America in entrepreneurship education to benefit from it in the development of this type of education.
One of the most important results of the research was that entrepreneurship education in Egypt generally suffers from challenges, some of which are due to educational policies, some due to school curricula, teaching strategies and the teacher, and others due to the surrounding social environment, the family and the individual himself, which results in a poor level of graduates of educational institutions. And their weak ability to innovate and invest in the available opportunities and self-employment, and their lack of suitability for the labor market and development needs.
