The study aimed to uncover the current status of the performance card of Saudi teachers in light of Marzano's model and to provide proposals for its improvement, adopting the descriptive approach through the content analysis. A performance analysis card was prepared, including Marzano's model phrases after being translated and validated. The study population (sample) has been included at all the phrases of performance evaluation for educational jobholders. After statistical processing, the results were summarized as follows: The first domain (Classroom Strategies and Behaviors) had the highest frequency with a percentage of (45%), which included the axis of (immediate behaviors) that have constituted the majority of the repeated practices (4 recurrences). The fourth domain (Collegiality and Professionalism) ranked second in terms of the number of repetitions with a percentage of (27%), with a total of (6) recurrences, mostly related to the axis of "Promoting a Positive Environment". The third domain (Planning and Preparation) ranked third with a percentage of 23%, representing all the practices in this domain in the performance evaluation card of teachers, with a total of (5) recurrences for (5) practices. As for the domain of "Thinking About Teaching," it came last in terms of the number of repetitions with a percentage of (5%). The study also provided several proposals for the development of the performance evaluation card for educational jobholders in light of Marzano's model, along with a number of recommendations for future studies.
