Abstract

Confronting the problem of unemployment in Egypt requires a new comprehensive developmental approach, which crystallizes in a realistic economic policy whose priority is the goal of employment. Therefore, the five-year plan focused on economic and social development that would enable it to confront the problem of youth unemployment. Therefore, the human element is of pivotal importance, especially with regard to its sectors and broad social groups. In order to achieve the maximum benefit through its spontaneous and constructive participation in all fields of economic and social activity.

In view of the extreme importance of the youth category, we find that there is an agreement between most contemporary social and humanitarian trends about the great importance of studying the conditions of youth, their attitudes, problems, understanding and their basic role in society, and social service as one of the humanitarian professions. More active in its interrelationship with economic development for the benefit of low-income groups.

Since young people are considered one of these groups, therefore, there was a need and importance to deal with this group and their problems, especially with regard to the problem of unemployment and how to confront it through multiple approaches, including the entrance to work in small projects,

it is necessary for this development approach to adopt a new culture that is compatible with the requirements of the current stage. Through realistic work programs that push young people to take advantage of their own capabilities and societal capabilities in order to obtain a suitable job opportunity.
