Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of students’ awareness of the digital security values of digital citizenship and to present a proposed vision for enhancing the digital security values of digital citizenship among students. The researcher used the descriptive approach “survey method” to suit the nature of this study. The study population consisted of all students of the College of Education, King Faisal University for the academic year 1438/ 1439 AH, and the study sample consisted of (210) students from the University of Boys, and the exploratory study consisted of (24) students. The researcher used a questionnaire to identify the degree of awareness of digital security values for digital citizenship. The most important results were the degree of availability of digital security values among students of the College of Education, King Faisal University. Medium: The most important recommendations were activating the proposed vision to enhance the digital security values of digital citizenship and spreading the culture of digital security among university students through academic courses
