The research aimed to improve the practices of leaders of the central administrations of Al-Azhar regions for entrepreneurial leadership dimensions , which were represented in (the dimension of vision, proactivity, creativity and innovation, risk, inspiration and motivation ). The research used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire included (44) pharse was applied on (125) leaders identify the reality of the practice of the leaders of the central Al-Azhar administrations of the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership . The research reached several results, the most important of which is that the total degree of practice of the leaders of the central Al-Azhar administrations of the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership was at an average degree. The research showed that the development of entrepreneurial leadership practices depends on the role of the leader as a maker of entrepreneurship, and the role of the leader in motivating workers for investment Opportunities , Research Recommended The necessity of spreading the culture of leadership in the work environment, and choosing leaders who are characterized by leadership, and holding training programs and workshops for leadership practices for the dimensions of leadership. The research also recommended the necessity of choosing leaders on the basis of competence and leadership ability.
