In the context of successive environmental developments and changes, educational institutions have become in need of an administrative approach through which educational institutions can face various environmental changes and adapt to them, and predict the future and change it as much as possible, Which forces these institutions to resort to Implement the strategic management approach, as this research aimed to analyze the Balanced Scorecard Model with the aim of benefiting from it and using it to develop the Implementation of strategic management at Minia University, to achieve this goal, the research used the descriptive approach, The research reached a set of results, including: There is a similarity between the steps of Implementing the Balanced Scorecard Model and strategic management, as this card can be considered a model for Implementing strategic management. This model is also distinguished by the presence of continuous evaluation and follow-up according to specific indicators, and works to link the organization’s performance to its planned strategies by providing comprehensive information about what has been done, The research also concluded a set of proposed procedures for Implementing the Balanced Scorecard Model to develop the Implementation of strategic management at Minia University, including: the need for support from senior management to adopt the Balanced Scorecard Model, spreading an organizational culture within the university that supports change, and identifying the actual need behind using the model. The Balanced Scorecard and the main indicators in all dimensions of the card, and providing training to all employees on this model.
