Evaluation of e-Learning Environments Produced by the e-Learning Center in Light of the Principles of Universal Design for Learning

Abstract:
The research aimed to reveal the degree of the availability of the principles of universal design for learning in electronic learning environments produced at the E -Learning Center at Minia University, and the main research sample was: a group of experts (25) experts, and a sample of students based (105) students from the second level students in Digital Instructional Technology program, Faculty of Specific Education, Minia University; To evaluate four electronic learning environments for four courses according to the principles of universal design for learning, and the research used a directed and graded evaluation card as a tool for evaluating selected electronic learning environments designed according to the principles of universal design for learning, and the results of student and expert evaluation of learning environments showed the principles of universal design for learning in a rate of medium and good, with the need to make important adjustments to the standard for people with special needs in the three principles of universal design for learning, and more improvements to some other criteria present with the evaluation card prepared for that, the research also provided a set of various recommendations and research.
