The present study aims to identify the practice of the ethics of public school principals, relationship to the level of organizational trust among Saudi teachers, and their correlation. The population comprised all Saudi public school female teachers in the summer professional training programs 2018 at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. The study adopted the correlational descriptive method. Moreover, the author designed and applied the ethics questionnaire and the organizational trust questionnaire to a sample of (84) female teachers. The results showed that the practice of the ethics of public school principals from the perspective of Saudi teachers was high and rated (65.5%), whereas the level of organizational trust was moderate and rated (57.1%). There was a direct (positive) relationship between the scores of the ethics questionnaire and the organizational trust questionnaire. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences between the practice of the ethics and organizational trust of public school principals from the perspective of Saudi teachers due to years of experience, school district, and educational stage. The study recommends committing to ethics and creating an organizational environment characterized by mutual trust between the staff and administration.
