Reality of Administrative Creativity for Governmental Schools Leaders in Damitta Province

Abstract

This study aimed to understand the degree of practicing administrative creativity by school principals as a leader in the general education (Primary, Intermediate and Secondary) stage and the core differences in practicing administrative creativity according to the gender. This study adopted the descriptive analytical method, where the tools of data collection included a questionnaire which was distributed to a sample consisting of (111) principals at the schools of basic education in Dammitta province with its ten administrations. The sample represents (20%) of the community of the study. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used for the data analysis. The study has come up with some results, the most important of which are that the degree of practicing administrative innovation from the principals in the governorate of Dammitta is great from their point of view. There were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in the degree of their managerial creativity due to their gender
