Proposal for mechanism inclusion of the special needs in some schools of Minia through experiment of some countries (Descriptive Study)

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the most important mechanisms for integrating people with special needs in regular education schools through the teachers’ point of view towards the inclusion process. The research sample consisted of (110) male and female teachers distributed over six schools, three of which are regular education schools and their number is (54), and the other three are schools for special needs education and their number is (56). Ordinary and special needs education and need more attention. And that the primary stage is the most appropriate stage for applying the integration process, based on the opinions of teachers. Research aims at recognizing the most important mechanism inclusion of the special needs in the normal schools by teachers attitudes towards inclusion process. The results also found that the integrative environment works on the social acceptance of children with special needs by their ordinary peers. The study recommended the necessity of rehabilitation and preparation for teachers of integration schools. And the need for rehabilitation and preparation for students in regular schools and schools with special needs. Providing specialized educational programs for integration schools. And provide the necessary means for the success of the merger.
