The organizational ingenuity of the leaders of private schools in the city of Taif from the point of view of the teachers

Abstract

The goal of the study is identifying the degree of availability of the organizational ingenuity of private school leaders in Taif city from the teachers' point of view. Detecting the significance of statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means at the significance level of (α ≤ 0.05) among the arithmetic means of the teachers’ respond to the degree of availability of the organizational ingenuity of private school leaders in Taif city that attributed to (their qualification, the number of courses and their years of experience). The study used the descriptive survey approach, and the research community consisted of all the private schools’ teachers and their number is (316). Also, a questionnaire was built consisting of 22 phrases and distributed in two dimensions: the two dimensions are: the ingenuity of exploitation and the ingenuity of exploration. The study resulted in the following:
• the Degree of availability of the organizational ingenuity of private school leaders in Taif city from the teachers' point of view came up with a high score.
• the degree of availability of the exploitation ingenuity was higher than the exploration ingenuity among the private school leaders.
• There were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means at the significance level of (α ≤ 0.05) among the arithmetic means of the teachers’ respond to the degree of availability of the organizational ingenuity of private school leaders in Taif city that attributed to (their qualification, the number of courses and their years of experience)
