Approaches of Organizational Development for Schoolwork

The current research aimed at determining the most prominent approaches to organizational development that can be utilized when applying the process of organizational development in school administration. For achieving this objective, the descriptive approach was used to analyze the theoretical literature in an attempt to reach theoretical generalizations that can be benefited from. The research concluded with identifying the intellectual framework for organizational development and clarifying its most significant contemporary approaches as reported in the specialized literature and they include: the administrative engineering approach, the total quality management approach, and the information and communication technology approach.
