Abstract The aim of the current research is to develop the scientific concepts of the students of the first preparatory grade through the use of the inverted class model. The teaching and learning materials consisted of: 1- Student activity sheets in light of the stages and strategies of the flipped classroom, including: Introduction to the proposed unit. Teaching and learning methods used to teach the proposed unit. Instructions and instructions for the student to benefit from the proposed unit. The scientific content of the proposed unit. References that were used in the two parts of the proposed unit 2- Teacher's guide to teaching the integrated power unit while teaching the subject of the module unit flipped classroom The model group was represented, and the model group represented, and the model represented the inverted class model, and the experimental stage model (content knowledge, understanding and application, critical thinking and problem solving), they used the Arabic meal and the result exams in (scientific concepts) in favor of the experimental group.
