Proposed measures to develop the decision-making process in the educational administration using expert systems as an application of artificial intelligence
The current study aimed to develop the decision-making process in the educational administration using expert systems as one of the applications of artificial intelligence and to achieve this goal the study relied on the descriptive approach, as well as on questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, and consisted of three sections in addition to the part related to identifying the problem of the study and its questions and method, where the first section included the theoretical and intellectual foundations of expert systems as one of the applications of artificial intelligence in educational administration, while the second included the role of expert systems in the process of Decision-making, and the third section included proposed measures to develop the decision-making process of the educational administration in Minya governorate using expert systems as an application of artificial intelligence.
