Abstract

This study aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of epistemology of leadership skills for pre-university educational stages, reveal the conceptual framework for organizational culture, to reach the reality of epistemology for leadership skills to support organization culture, and present a future vision for epistemology for leadership skills for support organization culture in pre-university educational stages, this study used the descriptive approach and used Online Questionnaire applied to a sample of 190 pre-university People, the results this study the lack of training to support self-learning skills, and the inadequacy of designing an organizational environment that helps develop leadership capabilities, the absence of an environment that supports innovation in order to achieve achievements, and the lack of clear instructions And specific about the method of work performance, and the lack of consideration for improving the mental image of leaders about themselves, The deterioration of dealing with challenges to improve the performance of employees, the failure to take advantage of weaknesses to realize the best directions at work, the lack of clear and specific instructions about the method of work performance, and the weakness of leadership performance planning,, and the study concluded with the development of a future vision for the epistemology of leadership skills to support the organizational culture in the pre-university educational stages.
