The research materials and tools were applied to a group of students of the fourth year, chemistry department, Faculty of Education, Minia University. The participants were (36) male and female students in the academic year 2021/2022 AD. The results showed the effectiveness of a proposed program in green chemistry based on ethical analysis approach in developing moral thinking skills of fourth year chemistry majors. The research recommended directing the attention of those responsible for preparing programs in colleges of education to include green chemistry in the preparation programs of chemistry teachers, and the importance of training in-service chemistry teachers to use the ethical analysis approach in the teaching process to develop their moral aspects.
