Developing some classroom management skills necessary for teachers of the first stage of basic education in light of the national standards for teachers

Its goal is to develop the necessary skills for teachers of the first stage of basic education; To develop their classroom management skills in light of the national standards for teachers of this stage, and its main question: "How can the classroom management skills of teachers of the first stage of basic education be developed in light of the national standards for teachers in Minya Governorate?" Among its results: effective positive change begins within the teacher of this stage first and then moves from him to the outside world, the necessity of attending the approved and organized training courses that he needs, and the study recommended: the need to implement the proposed conception of the study in cooperation with the training units within schools and departments, and under the supervision of the training units in the educational directorates, and the necessity of providing the necessary support to teachers of this stage through: Establishing professional trainings by the competent guidance, and various scientific and practical seminars for them, and conducting field visits among teachers; To exchange experiences among themselves, whether in the same school or with other schools.
