Singapore's experience in managing talents in pre-university education institutions, and the possibility of benefiting from them in the Arab Republic of Egypt

Abstract

The current study aimed to analyze Singapore's experience in the dimensions of talent management in pre-university education institutions, and to determine the possibility of benefiting from it in the Arab Republic of Egypt. ; This is due to Singapore's interest in selecting and appointing teachers and leaders from the best third of high school graduates, according to strict selection criteria, and refining and developing the talents of workers; By providing a variety of training programs for all employees with adequate financial support and training aids and measuring the impact of training programmes, Singapore has set an example in motivating the teacher and appreciating his position, allocating prizes for the best school, best teacher and best leader as honorable role models, and publishing these models In educational platforms and the media, in addition to implementing a merit-based promotion and reward system, and performance report findings, it has raised teachers' salaries; To be one of the highest professions and make them competitive, in addition to benefits, compensation and retention bonuses, providing master’s and doctoral scholarships inside and outside Singapore, providing opportunities for rapid career advancement, and using the latest administrative methods in evaluating performance worldwide, which are constantly prepared and developed according to global developments and based on these Evaluations outline school development and improvement plans, salary increases, bonuses, and promotions. Singapore's experience was used to develop proposed procedures to be used in the application of talent management in pre-university education institutions in Egypt in the light of Singapore's experience.
