The two research groups, in order to ensure the equivalence of the two groups, then introduce the experimental processor for the experimental group, then conduct the telemetry of the two groups and calculate the statistical constants. The results of the research found that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the conceptual comprehension test and its different dimensions in the post-measurement, in favor of the experimental group, and this indicates the effectiveness of using the blended learning strategy in developing conceptual comprehension of recommendations and proposals
