Abstract

The current study aimed at revealing the causal relationship between thinking based on wisdom (independent variable), mindfulness (mediator variable), and life effectiveness skills (dependent variable) among gifted female students in the third year, Faculty of Education, Suez University. In order to achieve this goal, the following study tools were applied: 1- A measure of talent attributes (prepared by: the researcher) 2- A measure of life effectiveness skills (prepared by: the researcher) 3- A measure of wisdom-based thinking (Prepared by: Al-Dhiabi, 2017) 4- A measure mindfulness (prepared by: El-Behairy and others, 2014) 5- A clinical interview questionnaire for life effectiveness skills for gifted female students (prepared by: the researcher) 6- Word association scale (prepared by: Rapaport, Gill, and Shaffer, 1945), on a sample size of (353) students with an average age (20.75) years and a standard deviation of (0.87). The results of the study resulted in the following: 1- It is possible to arrive at a causal model that explains the relationship between the variables (emotion management - altruism - passing judgment) as independent variables, (and the total degree of mindfulness) as a mediating variable and (the total degree of life effectiveness skills) as a dependent variable. Highly gifted female students 2- There are significant differences in personality dynamics between the two extreme cases on the life effectiveness skills scale, as demonstrated by the projective word association test
