Aesthetics of The Kuwaiti folk Artistic Heritage and Strategies for Teaching it

The Aim of the current research is to identify the concept of Heritage, reveal its Characteristics and research methods, reveal the Nature of Folk Artistic Heritage and its basic Components, identify the Aesthetics of Material Heritage, Monitor the aesthetics of Kuwaiti folk Artistic Heritage, identify the concept of Teaching Strategies, and Monitor its types in the field of Art Education. In particular, The Method of Discovery, The Method of Discussion, and the Role of the Teacher in each of them. According to the nature of the research and in line with its objectives, the researcher relied on the use of the Descriptive Analytical Method in her research. To describe and analyze the Components of the popular Artistic Heritage, reveal the aesthetics of the Kuwaiti folk Artistic Heritage, and present the best appropriate teaching strategies for teaching and learning to students the Aesthetics of the Kuwaiti Folk Artistic Heritage, especially the methods of Discovery and Discussion.

The Researcher concluded the research with a set of Recommendations, the most important of which are: Designing teaching programs at the general education level that enrich and support aspects of the Kuwaiti folk artistic heritage in the art education curricula, Holding training courses for teachers to activate the role of the Kuwaiti folk artistic heritage while teaching units of the art education curriculum, Designing courses in the basic education colleges in Kuwait. It works to achieve horizontal linkage in content in light of the continuity of presenting the Kuwaiti folk artistic heritage in these courses
