The aim of the current study was to identify A proposed Training Program based on Creative Teaching Skills of Primary School Mathematics Teachers’ and its impact on Pupils Mathematical Proficiency, Research sample also included (1103) fourth-grade pupils in Dayr- Mawas City, Minya Governorate, taught by teachers from both the control and experimental groups, in the academic year 2023/2024. They were divided into two groups:



• Control Group Students: Consisting of (543) students.

• Experimental Group Students: Consisting of (560) students



The educational material included a A proposed Training Program based on Creative Teaching Skills of Primary School Mathematics Teachers, This program consisted of a trainer's guide comprising three units: Unit One is "Planning in Creative Teaching," Unit Two is "Implementation in Creative Teaching," and Unit Three is "Evaluation in Creative Teaching" along with a trainee activity booklet, Measurement instruments included a: a test on the mathematical innovation of fourth-grade pupils was administered, measurement. Lastly, there is a statistically significant difference at the 0.01 level between the mean scores of pupils taught by teachers in the control and experimental groups on the post-test of the cognitive aspect of mathematical innovation, in favor of the experimental group
