Creative leadership of special education school principals in Egypt: An approach to improve creative self-efficacy and academic optimism of special education teachers "Suggested Prospective"

Abstract

The current research aimed to improve academic self-efficacy and academic optimism among special education teachers through the creative leadership of special education school principals, and the research used a descriptive approach. The creative leadership questionnaire was used, in addition to the creative self-efficacy scale, and the academic optimism scale. They were directed to (128) Special education teachers were chosen from the original community, Al-Amal Schools for the Deaf and Dumb, and Intellectual Education Schools. The results of the research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the existence of a positive, statistically significant correlation between creative leadership among principals, academic self-efficacy, and academic optimism among teachers, and the existence of a positive, significant correlation. There is a statistically significant difference between creative leadership among special education school principals and academic optimism among teachers. The results of the study also concluded that academic self-efficacy and academic optimism among teachers can be predicted through creative leadership among principals. In terms of the findings of the research, a proposed vision for improving self-efficacy was developed. Creativity and academic optimism among special education teachers through developing creative leadership among special education school principals.
