Abstract

Abstract

The aim of the current research was to explore the effect of a training program based on Egypt’s Vision 2030 to develop the cognitive and performance aspects of creative teaching skills among Primary school Mathematics Teachers.Research sample included (64) primary school teachers in Dayr-Mawas, Minya Governorate, in the academic year 2023/2024. They were divided into two groups:

1. Control Group: Consisting of (30) teachers who did not undergo training.

2. Experimental Group: Consisting of (34) teachers who underwent the training program.

The educational material included a training program based on Egypt’s Vision 2030 to develop the cognitive and performance aspects of creative teaching skills among Primary school Mathematics Teachers comprising three units: Unit One is "Planning in Creative Teaching," Unit Two is "Implementation in Creative Teaching," and Unit Three is "Evaluation in Creative Teaching," along with a trainee activity booklet. Measurement instruments included a test assessing the cognitive aspect of teachers' creative teaching skills in mathematics

Findings revealed a statistically significant difference at the 0.01 level between the mean scores of teachers in the control and experimental groups on the post-test for the cognitive aspect of creative teaching skills, in favor of the experimental group
