Proposed program for pre-service teachers training of arabic language at the College of Education on the use of some methods of sustainable professional development

Abstract

The current study aimed to build a visualization of a proposed training program for pre-service teachers at the College of Education on the use of some methods of sustainable professional development, and the study dealt with a presentation and detail of the professional development concepts for teachers, and designed proposed training materials for their use, namely the use of Action research and Coaching  for pre-service teachers In the Faculty of Education, and the study reached a set of recommendations and proposals as follows: Establishing a department for professional development for teachers at the Faculty of Education, Minia University. It conducts vocational training and preparation for teaching , before service, and prepare training program aimed at improving the professional development of teachers using Action research, and the preparation of coaching program before the service, and activate cooperation with the Ministry of Education To improve the professional performance of teachers before and their service, and develop teacher professional development programs in the light of 21st century skills.
