Change management support for the first cycle of basic education in light of the Japanese KAIZEN GEMBA methodology

Abstract

The applications of the Jimba Kaizen methodology can also lead to ensuring that change programs and plans are adhered to and not canceled or modified. Accordingly, the problem of this study lies in the application of scientific suggestions for the applications of the Kaizen methodology in supporting change strategies and planning for change in the management of pre-university education, and the impact of this on reducing resistance to change. Therefore, the current study aimed to show the extent of verification of the Jimba Kaizen methodology, which has the most important impact on the success of administrative change in the management of basic education. As well as providing recommendations and suggestions that contribute to the successful application of the Kaizen methodology to support the management of the change process in the first cycle of basic education. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used; who has been employed by; Presenting a theoretical framework that dealt with the nature of the change management process, and the Kaizen methodology in terms of objectives, areas, and the importance of each. In light of the theoretical and field findings of the study, the study concluded by presenting some recommendations and suggested procedures to enhance the application of the Kaizen methodology in supporting the management of the change process in the first cycle of basic education
