Assessment The Level Of Organizational Effectiveness For Al-Azhar Middle Administrations In The Light Of Competitive Values Framework

Abstract

The study aimed at assessing the level of organizational effectiveness for Al-Azhar middle administrations in the light of competitive values framework. To achieve the aim of this study, the researchers adopted the descriptive approach and developed a questionnaire for identifying the current state of the level of organizational effectiveness for Al-Azhar middle administrations in the light of competitive values framework. It was administered to a sample of (463) participants. The findings of the study indicated that; the availability degree of the level of organizational effectiveness for Al-Azhar middle administrations in the light of competitive values framework on the whole degree was average, in a relative weight of (2.79) and a percentage of (55.87%), based on 5-point Likert scale. While the most common model in Al-Azhar middle administrations was the internal processes, in a relative weight of (3.69) and a percentage of (73.73%). Based on the findings of the study, the researchers proposed set of procedural recommendations, which can be used to improve the level of organizational effectiveness for Al-Azhar middle administrations in the light of the four models of competitive values framework.
