This research aimed to prepare a measure of psychological resilience for teachers and verify its psychometric properties and knowledge of its global construction, and the scale consisted of (43) items of five-step scale distributed on four dimensions: (self-efficacy - flexibility and problem solving - managing emotions - optimism). In order to verify the characteristics of the psychometric scale, it was applied to a sample of 165 teachers in the Maghagha Department of Education, and the alpha stability coefficient of the scale was (,869), which expresses a high stability coefficient, and the validity was calculated using the internal homogeneity index to calculate the honesty and the use of factor analysis to calculate the construction honesty. The results revealed four factors of psychological resilience among teachers in the primary stage, endowed with optimism and its latent root reached (10,524), its variance ratio (22,392), flexibility and problem solving and its latent root reached (3,126). And its variance ratio (29,043), managing emotions, and its latent root reached (1,904), and its variance ratio (33,093), and self-efficacy, and its latent root reached (1,753) and its variance ratio (36,823), and thus the size became suitable for use with teachers and can be used in research And the Arabic studies of teachers in the Egyptian and Arab environment, and the confidence in the results that can be reached through its use.
