Abstract

Mind Fulness and its Relationship among Academic stressors and

level of Aspiration for University Students a Ccording to Gender and Specialzation.



Summary: The study aimed to identify the relation between mind fullness, academic stressors and level of aspiration, where the researcher used the scale of mind fullness, , scale of academic stressors and scale of level of aspiration where there applied to sample of (221) students of university. To validate the hypotheses, the researcher used the spss statistical package to analyse and statistically and process data. The researcher concluded that there are positive relation between mind fullness and level of aspiration, negative relation between academic stressors and level of aspiration for asample of university students. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differenes in mind fullness, academic stressors and level of aspiration which are attributed to the gender and aspecializaion.
