Abstract: The study aimed to prepare a standardized tool to measure cognitive conception anxiety for blind university students. The study sample consisted of (52) blind male and female students from Minia University, with (34) male and (18) female students, their ages ranged between (18-29) years, with a mean age of (21.29), and a standard deviation of (2.54). The study concluded that a measure was prepared to measure the cognitive conception anxiety of blind university students, which consisted in its final form of (37) statements distributed on four dimensions: (expectation of failure to perceive situations, negative beliefs about the future, expectation of academic failure, and irrational responses). The results also indicated that the scale had high coefficients of validity and reliability.
